Health and fitness is one of the most important pieces of our lives, personally it has helped us through so much in life. Embracing the patience, process and perseverance it takes transform your body crosses over to every aspect of life.  Healthy active bodies help promote and breed healthy minds which in turn lead to fulfilling lives.  

We are here to help show you why we live this way, the benefits it provides and the opportunities health and fitness open.  We aren’t going to give you false hope; we don’t promote 4 weeks to the perfect 6pack, we are not here to take away your carbs or restrict your eating habits.  We are here to pull back the covers, give you honest, heartfelt answers and we will never short cut your physical or mental health.

Modalities

Kettlebells
Kettlebells are the ultimate training tool with versatility for strength training, cardiovascular training, mobility and core work with every movement. They build stability in the body with compound and flowing movements; kettlebells add an unmatched dynamic to any workout.

TRX
Be it a total body or body part focus workout, TRX delivers. Build a strong core, increase your flexibility, mobility and rage of motion all while making things as easy or difficult as need to produce the movement. TRX can benefit every fitness level and age.

Barbells
Build stronger bones and connective tissue while benefiting your mental state and energy levels. Barbell lifts can require multiple muscle groups to complete each movement making them overall calorie killers. Build strength and performance for daily activities and any sports you enjoy.

Plyometrics
Strengthens muscle fibers, elevates heart rate and develops abilities like body awareness, balance and motor control. Plyometrics increases strength, cardiovascular performance and increases confidence in daily tasks.

Battle Ropes
Battle Ropes provide low impact with big results. Core, body control and cardiovascular endurance the list goes on. Battle Ropes are a versatile tool for functional training, improving balance, coordination and body awareness.

Kickboxing
Kickboxing is the ultimate stress reliever and total body workout! Boost your confidence and self-esteem while working up a sweat.
